A Brief History of CAP Metal Build
CAP stands for “California Parkside.” Our legacy goes all the way back to 1962 when the very first cargo shipment Parkside Warehouse received was Owens Corning® asphalt shingles. Parkside’s reputation grew regionally with both the warehousing associations and the trucking community. The Parkside umbrella of companies includes: publishing and distribution, archiving records, window cleaning, seed catalog, sales and distribution, and finally, home improvement—a space we entered in 2017. In CAP Metal Build and every new business that we pursue, we enter the space to be the best-in-class service and provide a “wow” experience every single time.
